Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American singer and actress. She was awarded the best actress award for her roles in Nashville, the 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also won the award in Sharknado 2013 where she portrayed Claudia Shepard. In addition, she had the role of the title character in the feature film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She is the older sister of Ally. As a child, Aubrey performed with The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class in 2012. Harvard University accepted her but accepted her entry two times after which she accepted the role she played in Nashville. Peeples guest-starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). She was in the made-for TV films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. The Good Mother was the show's second season. she played Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. In the year 2019 Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples in September 2014 as one of the nation's top young actors.
